6 Months Old Today!!!

Well, it's been as interesting as it has exhausting but we're proud to celebrate Aiden's 6 month birthday!

He's close to 14 lbs and looks great! His activity has increased in recent weeks since recovering from pneumonia. His personality is really starting to shine through.

He's eating rice cereal and Gerber stage 1 baby food (and formula). Maggie (Boxer) seems to enjoy baby food leftovers - yuck!

Aiden can still wear some of his newborn clothes - what?

Stacey got a new Camry from David Maus Toyota on Sunday. Great experience - fantastic staff and customer service. The Corolla was getting cramped and Stacey deserves the upgrade. Want to keep everyone safe and comfortable. Mikayla told Stacey she loooked good in it today when she picked her up from school. Mikayla doesn't suck up very often - wonder what she wants?

Stacey commented she felt a little prissy or snooty (don't remember which word she used) in her new Camry - I think that means she likes it.

Aiden goes to the Cynergist tomorrow for his monthly checkup. Then Mikayla to the Rheumatologist for joint pain. Her Crohn's seems to be okay for now though- we'll take all the breaks we can get!

Aiden loves to play peek-a-boo after his baths. He gets so excited! I wish I had his energy!

He's smiling and laughing out loud. Sometimes he giggles. He chatters A LOT now. Staying up for 4-6 hours at a time - I think we miss the naps more than he does.

Aiden continues to be a model child - great temperment - never a fuss unless he's hungry. The staff at David Maus Toyota couldn't believe how well-behaved he was. We we there for a while(test drove several vehicles) and he was perfect.

Brandon and Mikayla continue to be a tremendous help. They love Aiden so much and he seems to enjoy their attention. We can't help but act silly with him.

Thanks to family and friends who continue to help out any way they can. Thanks for the prayers. We expect the same support when it's time to have a yardsale.

Please keep other families in your thoughts and prayers. We've been challenged but others face challenges as well. We are grateful for our blessings.

All for now!
